This is my 6th jar of Hot freeze. It is the only thing that allows me to exercise and move through the day. Wish it were made in a larger size. The spray is very good for activity also.

I originally purchased this product as a recommendation from a Fresh Thyme market rep, she explained that it has cleaner ingredients and was more effective than some of the others. It helped me, so my husband starting using. He was a personal trainer and was equally impressed. My son who is a college basketball player asked his trainer if he could use it after games, they are all in favor of this product. If feels like a tiger balm or bio freeze at first pass but I swear it penetrates deeper in to your tissue and works better.
